The EWCPS will take place in the Palais Beaumont conference centerlocated in the Pau downtown in a walking distance to the historical cit centre.

Le Palais Beaumont: An environmentally friendly conference centre

Active in their endeavours to provide you with ideal conditions and respectful of people and the environment, Le Palais Beaumont staff follow a specific procedure. In autumn 2014 they received the Quality and Sustainable Development Charter certification "France Congrès".

As part of Agenda 21, many projects and services promoting sustainable development have been developed by the Pau Communauté d’Agglomération, which mean the Centre can position itself as an environmentally friendly venue.
