Akitoshi Okino is an associate professor serving in the Laboratory for Future Interdisciplinary Research of Science and Technology (FIRST), Tokyo Institute of Technology, Japan. From 1998 to 1999, he was a visiting researcher in professor Akbar Montaser laboratory at The George Washington University. His current research is development of new analytical methods/equipments using high and low temperature atmospheric plasmas.
